Situata poco fuori dalle mura del centro storico di Treviso, questa gastronomia si \u00e8 affermata negli anni come un punto di riferimento per chi desidera assaporare la vera cucina tradizionale locale, caratterizzata da ingredienti freschi e di alta qualit\u00e0. L\u2019attivit\u00e0 ha preso vita nel 2002 grazie alla determinazione di Sabrina e alla passione di Ivan, cuoco esperto e attento custode della tradizione gastronomica veneta, che hanno avviato la gastronomia insieme. La famiglia Nardin ha scelto di investire in nuove tecnologie e modalit\u00e0 di conservazione, introducendo la produzione di piatti pronti confezionati in atmosfera modificata. <br>Questa innovazione ha permesso alla gastronomia di rifornire alcuni tra i locali storici pi\u00f9 rinomati di Treviso, portando la qualit\u00e0 e il gusto delle proprie ricette oltre i confini del punto vendita e consolidando il proprio prestigio nella scena culinaria locale. Grazie alla sinergia familiare, all\u2019impegno costante e alla qualit\u00e0 ineccepibile dei piatti, la Gastronomia Trevigiana continua a essere una delle realt\u00e0 pi\u00f9 apprezzate e
